Please join the Milwaukee Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and the St. Jude "Give Thanks Walk" on November 23, 2013 at 8am. Details are listed below with the link on how to join our team or donate:
The St. Jude “Give Thanks Walk.” is a fun, family-friendly 5K that takes place at Bayshore Mall at 8am (arrive @ 7:30am). It provides a great opportunity to help raise crucial funds for research and treatment. The Milwaukee Alumnae Chapter team name is “DST Milwaukee” and we are encouraging the team to fundraise a minimum of $500. The Ladies of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority are asked to fundraise $100 in honor of our Centennial year to go towards the “DST Milwaukee” team goal. Thanks to supporters, no family ever pays St. Jude for anything because the hospital covers the cost of treatment, travel, lodging and food for patients and a family member.
